Minor fix of Kanji input method

Fix a minor bug: when the kanji input page is revisited, previous input is not cleaned up.
Adjust button text width for MZ.
Hide five buttons in MZ's kanji input page that are used to display input indicator (the blue text).
Add more comments for the source code.
